Okay, Apple rocks. They are very kindly investigating my problem. They switched out my player no questions asked since it's under warranty, but the l'il bugger is doing the exact same thing. The manager of the store gave me his email address and I just sent him a message with the error I continue to get. When my finances allow it, it's MAC city for me or I'm still waiting for a 110 year old oil baron sugar daddy to leave me his entire entire fortune.
